Personality:
An average girl who sees herself as plain person. At first she was very apathethic and thought she has no rights of her own future. After joined the order, slow but sure she becomes more open with people around her and surprisingly very opinionated (and blunt) about things she concerns. Nica is also very diligent, every time she sleeps in someone's house, she will clean it without being asked to. Her face rarely show distinctive expressions, even when she's sad. She's aware if her words often hurt her friends and feel guilty about it. Actually Nica is very kind person but because her parents "perspective of affection" that brought to her mind, she hardly shows her true feelings towards people. However, she shows her concern and support with her own way like cleaning for her friends, making tea or protect them with all of her heart. She's not so good in battle, but quick to take decision for her group's benefit. She's rarely sleep but when she has time to sleep, she's hard to wake up.
She likes her daily lives at Order because she can decided her own way but after knew and saw Order's dark side, she can't help but hate the dark side

Nica met Bak for the first time while her team sent to China and temporarily lived at Asian Branches HQ. She was at odds with Bak before because some contrasty in their personalities. She rarely talked to him until her last 2 days in Asian Branches, when she found out that Bak have crush on to Lenalee and asked him this, which made him flustered. She laughed hard at Bak, the man said that she has "improper way of laughing" but then smiled at her, which made Nica blush a bit.
